Cabbage and Tomato Soup 😄

Wash the ingredients: cabbage, tomatoes, shallot.

Shred the cabbage.

Cut the tomatoes into pieces.

Slice the shallot.

Place a pan on the stove. Add cooking oil. Heat the oil until hot. Add the shallot and fry until golden and fragrant.

Add the tomatoes. Sauté until soft.

Add salt and MSG. Add the cabbage. Stir-fry until soft.

Add the broth or water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Simmer for another 5 minutes. The longer it simmers, the more the cabbage absorbs the tomato flavor, making it even more delicious. Serve the soup hot.
