Ingredients

  1. 2 cuprice
  2. 1 cupchanadal
  3. 3/4 cuptuverdal
  4. 1/2 cupmoongdal
  5. 1/4 cupudad dal
  6. 1 cuprawa (suji)
  7. Green chilies paste as spicy as u want
  8. 1 tbspginger paste
  9. 2 tbspseeseme seeds
  10. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  11. 1/2 tbspturmeric powder
  12. 1 kggrated bottle gourd(lauki)
  13. 3 tbsproughly crushed peanuts

Steps

  1. 1

    First five ingredients ko 5-6 ghante soak kar lijie.

  2. 2

    Usko buttermilk use karke dardara pees ke rawa add karein batter thoda thick rakhna hai badme usme thoda eno aur halka sa garam pani dalke achchhese mix kar lijie aur tight dibbe me nahi to koi bhi vassel bandh rakhe 7-8 ghante tak. Usme khira a jarega.

    Badme usme sare spices aur lauki dalke mix kar lijie.

    Ek nonstick pan lijie thoda oil dalke tadka ready kijie aur usme batter dal dijie batter jyada dalna hai uski motai jyada honi chahie usko dhimi anch pe ek side se 30 minutes tak hone de fir palatkar dusri side se 30 minutes tak hone de.

    Garamagaram serve kijie green chutney or tomato sauce nahi to tea ke sath.
