Boil potatoes peel out and mash it.

Add whole masala powder and chopped corrianders leaves.

Mix it nicely.

Heat the pan put 4tb oil.

Now add mashed potatoes mix it well then cover it.

Fry it on medium flame for 5 -6 minutes properly.

After fry - take out mashed potatoes in plate and cool it.

And make mashed potatoes small balls and press it like it tikki.

After making tikkies take gram flour in bowl.add salt ajwain and haldi powder mix it.

Add water and make perfect batter.keep side for ten minutes.

Heat oil in pan and fry properly.

And take potatoes tikki then dip it in gram flour batter and fry it on medium flame.

Fry it till turns brown in colour both sides.

Take out Aloo chop.Serve it with green chutney.
