Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 500 gmsfish
  2. 4 tbsppili Sarson/yellow mustard
  3. 1 tspHaldi/ turmeric
  4. 2 tspdhaniya/ coriander
  5. 9Garlic cloves
  6. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  7. 2 smallOnion chopped
  8. 2 Tomatoes chopped
  9. as neededMustard oil to shallowfry and cooking

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Make a paste of Sarson, Haldi, Salt,red chilli powder and garlic

  2. 2

    Marinate fish with this paste keep 1/4 of this paste for gravy

  3. 3

    Now shallow fry all the fish.

  4. 4

    Now in a kadhai mix onion and tomato mix well now add the remaining paste and cook till oil seperates add water for gravy

  5. 5

    When boiling add fish

  6. 6

    Serve hot
