Steps

Wash the fishes well & mix with 1 spoon turmeric & salt

Add mustard cumin garlic tomato & chilli in mixi & Make a smooth paste

Heat oil in a pan place fishes into oil fry both side till crisp & keep aside

Then add the mustard paste to the oil fry the masala for 10 miniutes then add 1 cup water & let it boil

Then add the fish into masala gravy & cook till the masala sticks with the fish & became dry

Then off the gas & sprinkle with coriander leave and serve with rice
