  1. 200 gprosciutto
  2. 125 gmozerella
  3. 60 gwild rocket
  4. 3ripe nectarines
  5. 1red chilli
  6. 3 tbspbalsamic vinegar
  7. 2 tbspolive oil
  8. 1/2 tbspblack pepper

10 Minutes
  1. 1

    Drain the mozerella.

  2. 2

    Chop the nectarines into 8 peices each, removing the stone.

    Deseed and chop the chilli.

    Plate up the rocket and nectarine.

    Rip the mozerella and add to the plate.

    Add the prosciutto.

    Sprinkle on the chilli pieces. Drissle with olive oil and balsamic. And finally add the pepper.

I love to cook but hate to do dishes. Ideal recipes taste delicious, are cooked in one pan and in less than 30 minutes. Although the occassional lengthy recipes for a weekend are lovely too.
