  • Spagetti
  • 1/2 kgmushroom
  • Ata rodo
  • Vegetable oil
  • Green pepper
  • Curry
  • Thyme
  • Ginger
  • cubesStock

    Cook the mushroom with salt for just 10minutes.

  2. 2

    Blend the ginger,Ata rodo and green pepper.Boil it very well.fry with vegetable oil add the mushroom,salt,Thyme,Curry and stock cubes.

  3. 3

    Stir and keep frying till you get uniform taste.

  4. 4

    Parboil the spagetti,remove the water amd boil it again then add salt to taste.
