Ingredients

  • 300 grprawns, split the back and take out the dirt
  • 1 tbsplime juice
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2 tbspvegetable oil
  • 4 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 6 clovesshallots, finely sliced
  • 6green chili peppers, thinly sliced at an angle
  • 1big tomato, divided into 12
  • some water
  • salt, white pepper powder, and mushroom powder broth

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the prawns with salt and lime juice. Set aside for 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic and shallots until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Add green chili and tomato. Add some water. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Add prawns. Season with salt, white pepper powder, and mushroom powder broth. Cook prawns until they change color (more or less 3-6 minutes).

  5. 5

    Serve with warm rice! 😋
