Steps

Boil keema in 4 cups of water

Strain keema and wash it 5 -6 times let it dry or squeeze in muslin cloth so that it becomes dry

Now add boiled and strained chana daal grated paneer salt pepper ginger garlic paste and suki in a bowl and mix it with keema

Make balls of desired size coat them in breadcrumbs powder and keep in freezer for 30 mins

Deep fry them and serve with mint sauce or ketchup
