2 cupssemolina
1/2 cupcurd
1/2 cupbeetroot juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tspBaking soda
1 tspoil
1 tsp rai

Steps

Take semolina add curd add salt and leave for 1 hour

Now take batter add beetroot juice and sugar and baking soda and mix it

Now take circle plate add batter and steam it for 10 mins
4

Now take pan add oil and Rai and switch off flame and sprinkle in Dhokla
