For chilla’s
combine the besan,haldi & water and mix well and make the smooth batter

Heat of oil in a non stick tava and pour a ladleful of the batter and spread it evenly to make a thin round of chilla

And cook on a medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides and keep aside

Mix all the stuffing ingredients mix it well except malai
- 5
Now spread the malai in one side of the chilla
- 6
And now put the paneer stuffing in the chilla and roll to make a cylinder shape and cut into pieces.serve in room temp
