Ingredients

  • For chilla’s
  • 1 cupbesan (garam flour)
  • 1/4 tsphaldi
  • 1 tbspoil
  • Water as required
  • For stuffing
  • 1/2 cupthick malai
  • 1/2 cupPaneer mashed
  • 1/4 cupsugar powdered
  • 1/2 tspelachi powder
  • 1/4 cupdry fruits roasted & crushed (Almonds,cashews & Pistachios)

Steps

  1. 1

    For chilla’s

    combine the besan,haldi & water and mix well and make the smooth batter

  2. 2

    Heat of oil in a non stick tava and pour a ladleful of the batter and spread it evenly to make a thin round of chilla

  3. 3

    And cook on a medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides and keep aside

  4. 4

    Mix all the stuffing ingredients mix it well except malai

  5. 5

    Now spread the malai in one side of the chilla

  6. 6

    And now put the paneer stuffing in the chilla and roll to make a cylinder shape and cut into pieces.serve in room temp
