In a bowl add curd in semolina and mix it properly,it is lump free if you want water then add little water and keep it for 15 minutes.

Now add beetroot paste,chilli paste,ginger paste,salt,oil in semolina and curd mixture,mix it properly

Get steamer ready and grease the plate.

When water starts boiling add eno into the dhokla batter and immediately pour this mixture in the greased plate.

Steam for 20 minutes.

Don't take out dhokla from the plate immediately...

Raste for 10 minutes,now remove dhokla from plate and transfer into the serving plate.

For tempering in small kadhaie add oil,let it hot then add mustard seeds,sesame seeds,green chilli,curry leaves.

Pour this tempering onto ready dhokla,and cut into desire shape.
