Wash the toor Dal and soak it for 30 min

Add Dal in cooker and add water and give 2_3 whistle

Remember that Dal is not thaw properly..

Now take out the extra water from Dal and pour it in kadhai

Add jaggery or sugar as you want and 1 tbsp ghee

And cook it on medium flame

Stir it continuesly while mixture is become thick

For check the stuffing is ready or not ? Take the spoon and keep it in kadhai

If spoon is stands properly then your stuffing is ready otherwise keep stirring it

Now knead the dough from flour

Add some moan of oil and knead a soft dough

Keep aside for 15 minutes

Now take a Dough and make the same size balls from it

And roll it put stuffing in it and again roll it

Toast it from both side on pan till it becomes golden brown

Add ghee on it and serve it..
