Roast the brinjal tomato and potatoes on open flame

Remove the skin

Mash together the potato brinjal and tomato add in salt and mix well

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and hing

Next add the onions and green chillies

Keep the onions a bit raw

Add turmeric powder. Add the brinjal mixture

Add the red chilli powder

Mix well and add some ghee

Serve with rotis or as sidedish
