Ingredients

30 minutes
3-4 servings
  • 1 litrefull cream milk
  • 1 cuprice
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1.5 cupdry fruits

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil milk in a pan and let it reduce little bit.

  2. 2

    Wash rice add into the milk.

  3. 3

    Boil on sim flame until rice become soft.

  4. 4

    Add sugar.

  5. 5

    Mix dry fruits.

  6. 6

    Garnish with dry fruits.chawal ki kheer is ready.
