Steps

Brinjal cut the very thin slices and marinated with salt.

In a large mixing bowl add 1 cup gram flour,salt,termeric powder,red chilli powder and mix it.

Add water as required and mix it and making a smooth paste.

Add oil and baking soda and mix well.
- 5
For deep fry:- Heat oil in a deep pan.
- 6
Take a brinjal slices and coat the batter and deep fry on the hot oil.

Stir continousely and turned a golden brown then switch off the gas.

Garnished with green chilli sprinkle black salt and serve hot with bengali khichdi.
