Ingredients

  • 200 gpaneer
  • 1 glassmilk
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 cuponion paste
  • 1 cuptomato puree
  • as neededoil
  • 1 tspkitchen king masala
  • to tasteall spices
  • 10 piecescashew
  • 1 cupmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the onion and wash tomatoes and put into preasure cooker. And put half glass of water and close the lid of the cooker and wait for four whistle and off the flame.

    When preasure release open the lid of cooker and drain the water put tomatoes and onion into mixture jar and blend it.

  3. 3

    Now make a paste of cashew and keep aside.

  4. 4

    Now take a pan and put oil in it.When oil gets hot.Put tomato and onion paste into the pan and cook on medium flame wait 5 -6 minutes.

    Now put cashew paste and ginger and garlic paste into the pan and stir well keep string until oil is seperated. now put kitchen king masala and salt wit other spices.

    Now put 1 cup of milk into the pan and mix well when milk gets boiled than put paneer cubes itno the gravy and put cream into gravy and cook for one minute. keep the flame off.

  7. 7

    Serve with rice or roti.
