Veg suji cheela

Take one bowl and add 2cups of suji and 1cup of curd

After that now add all chopped veggies

Now add salt and red chilli powder and mix well

Now add 1-1/2 cup of water and make smooth better and leave it for 10-15 minutes for setting the suji

After 15min. now check and if you require some more water so you can add at this point..

Now heat non-stick tawa and put 1-2tbsp olive oil and spread the 1/2cup mixture on heated tawa (keep flame medium)

After the 2-3min.now you turn the cheela and press gently..

Once both the sides of cheela cooked,

Now serve hot with tomato ketchup and green mint chutney..
