Steps

In a frying pan heat ghee and roast semolina for 5 minute. (not till brown as we want the real firni colour)

Add milk and sugar till milk boils and completely mix in sugar.

Stirr constantly till it thicken, add chopped almond, chopped pistachios and light mix.

Pour in serving bowls, let rest for sometime.

Garnish with some chopped pistachios.

Serve chilled.
