Take a pan add semolina then dry roast.

Then solina cool add water mix make a paste.

Take a Wok add pure ghee,then ghee hot add semolina paste roast for contineusely then colour r change till golden then add sugar,cardamom and chopped nuts make a halwa.

Then take a plate add halwa then room temperature set in fridge.

After set cut in cookie cutter.

Then whole nuts garnish and enjoy.
