Ingredients

  • 100 gramsPaneer
  • 1/2 cupMalai
  • 2 tbspMilkmaid
  • 1 cupMilk
  • 2 tbspSugar
  • Tuty fruity to garnish
  • 2 tablespoonCoconut
  • 1 pinchSaffron
  • 1Cardamom crushed

Steps

  1. 1

    Add milk and cream and let boil a bit

    Cook for 5 minutes

  4. 4

    Add sugar. Cook till is dissolves. Add desiccated coconut. Mix well

    Add cardamom and saffron.

  6. 6

    Add milkmaid and blend well.

  7. 7

    Transfer to an airtight container. Add tuty fruity. Freeze for 2 to 4 hours
