Cut Parwal in medium pieces. Also cut onion fine and tomato.

Heat oil in kadai, put on the chopped onion and fry till it becomes brown. Add Garlic and fry it well and add Parwal, salt, haldi powder 1 spoon and fry it 1 min. Again the add coriander powders garam masala and cook on medium flame till the spices are cooked.

Add tomato then fry it 5 min. On slow flame.
