Homemade cream cheese

As a cheese lover, this is one of those recipes that I found when I was Banting. I still love it as it makes a nice spread or as an addition to breakfast. I normally use full cream maas, but full cream or double cream plain yoghurt works just as great if not better. I hope you try it and enjoy it.
