Ingredients

  • 1 medium sized bowlMoong dal badi
  • 4medium sized potatoes boil
  • 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli flakes
  • 2medium sized tomato
  • 1/2 tsp garam msala
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededCoriander leaves for garnished
  • 2 tspGinger garlic and onion paste

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all heat oil then fryed badi and keep it side

  2. 2

    Boil potatoes cut into pieces

  3. 3

    Now heat oil and ginger garlic paste saute

  4. 4

    Then add msala with tomato puri when all ingredients are brown then add potatoes and badi and fryed 5 minutes

  5. 5

    Now add water and salt and presure cocker is closed when 2 or 3 vesicles then gas off and serve
