If you double the recipe, the sake for marinating with beef should be 1 tablespoon. To retain their crunchy texture, do not overcook the vegetables, especially asparagus. For 2 servings. [Farmhouse Recipe] Stir-fried Udon with Japanese Worcestershire-style Sauce [Farmhouse Recipe] Stir-fried Udon with Japanese Worcestershire-style Sauce
One day I had stir-fried udon from a food stall and I liked it because it had garlic. Since then we like garlic in our stir-fried noodles.Green onions are easy to cook through. To keep their crunchiness, don't cook for too long. The white stem parts take longer to cook through so I recommend that you fry with cabbage beforehand. Recipe by FarmersK cookpad.japan -

When I was a newlywed, I bought some shabu-shabu beef at a neighborhood supermarket, and stir-fried it with maitake mushrooms in butter, and my husband loved it.It's delicious without having to use expensive meat!Shabu-shabu beef cooks up the tenderest. If you cook it too long it will become tough, so stir fry briefly with the maitake mushrooms. You don't need to use expensive beef. Very thinly sliced shabu-shabu beef is fine. For 4 servings. Asian Marinade & Stir-Fry Sauce Asian Marinade & Stir-Fry Sauce
I mainly use this marinade for the chicken in my Chinese Chicken Salad. But it's also great on other meats as both a marinade and for basting while you grill. I've also used it for seasoning my homemade fried rice and other Asian inspired stir-fries. Good to have in the fridge because it keeps a long time and is so versatile. Maggie Conlon
