  1. 1 cupSoya badi
  2. 100 gmpaneer
  3. 2capsicum
  4. 1onion
  5. 2tomatoes
  6. 3 tspkitchen king masala
  7. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  8. 1 tspdegi mirch powder
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. leavesCoriander
  11. 2 tspginger garlic paste
  12. 4 tspbutter or ghee

    Boil Soya badi and squeeze

  2. 2

    Grind onion and tomato and cut paneer int pieces

  3. 3

    Heat butter and fry paneer till golden brown.keep paneer aside.

  4. 4

    Add ginger garlic paste in remaining butter,saute it for a min.add onion and tomato paste,saute for 2 min.add salt,kitchen king masala and capsicum cook the mixture for few min.on low flame

  5. 5

    Add Soya badi, paneer garam masala, degi mirch powder.mix all ingredients well,cook it for few min so that Soya badi can absorb the flavour of spices.garnish with coriander leaves
