300 gflour
100 gsugar
100 gsalad oil
3eggs
1 pinchsalt
1 teaspoonvanilla
1 teaspooncinnamon powder
200 mlsmilk
1 teaspoonbaking soda

Cream the oil with sugar

Add an egg at a time, whisk briskly

Add half of the flour,fold in gently

Add half of the milk

Add the rest of the flour and baking soda

Fold gently.

Used a jiko.. So preheat big sufuria.

Bake in low heat for 25-30 minutes

Check for readiness by inserting a clean toothpick..if it comes out clean, it is ready
