Ingredients

25 minutes

  • 1 cupmaida
  • 1potato
  • 2 tbspdry rosted masala (cumin,red chilli,coriander amchur, fennel seeds carom seeds)
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededghee

Steps

25 minutes

    Boil a Potato and mash it

  2. 2

    Add flour ghee and masala powder

  3. 3

    Add salt and sugar

  4. 4

    Knead a soft dough

  5. 5

    Rest it for 10 mimutes

  6. 6

    Now roll it with a rolling pin

  7. 7

    Grease a pan and fry the parathas with ghee
