My mom made this all the time when my dad was a bee-keeper. The honey was a readability available ingredient, and the main dish was Loved by the whole family ❤️ honey gravy left over is great over boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes.

Honey mix:
1/2 cupHoney
1/4 cuplemon or lime juice
1 Tblsbutter
2 cupsflour
4-6 pieceschicken

Flour chicken, dip in
Melted stick of butter,
Place in a glass cake pan.

Bake at 350 until both sides are browned.
Pour honey mix over chicken and bake for another 1/2 hour.
