1 tspnigella seeds
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1/2 cupdesiccated coconut
3-4slitted green chillies
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and green chillies

Add gourd slices saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Cover and cook stirring occasionally
4

As it get soft and moisture dries up add sugar and fry on high heat

Serve it with rice or chapati
