Preheat oven to 350

Melt 1 cup sugar until golden (wipe sides with wet brush) Carefully pour into 4 ramekins and pie pan.

In a saucepan bring milk just to boiling over medium heat. Stir hot milk a little at a time into beaten eggs. Stir in 3/4 cup sugar. Pour into ramekins and pie dish.

Place dishes on a towel in a roasting pan. Fill with boiling water to halfway up sides of dishes.

Bake 40 min until fork comes out clean. Let cool.
