When the rain drops fall pitter patter it's time for bhaji with steaming hot tea

Boil water in large pan. Add salt and turmeric. To boiling water add cauliflower florets. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Drain excess water. Keep florets aside

In a mixing bowl, add all spice powders, ginger garlic paste and flours. Add water to make thick batter

Heat oil in a wok. Dip cauliflower florets in batter and drop in hot oil

Fry until golden brown over medium heat. Fry in batches

Drain excess oil on absorbent towel. Serve hot
