  • 1 tbsgarlic ginger paste
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 1/4 tspsugar
  • 2onion finely chopped
  • 1tomatoes chopped
  • 1-2green chilli -chopped
  • 1 tsphaldi powder
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tbspgaram masala pawder
  • 1/2 cupdahi
  • 1 cupwater

    Sabse pahle besan ko ek bartan ne chan le or usme salt,jeera,haldi powder and ghee add kar ke mix karein (ghee dalne se gatte bahut jyada soft and tasty bnenge) or ab lukewarm water le kar tight dough bana lenge or 1/2hrs ke liye dhak kar rakh denge.

    1/2hrs ke baad uski choti loiya bana le or unhe lamba krte jaye sb loiyo ko lamba bana le ab ek bartan me pani dale 2cup jitna or uus tr boil kar le or usme gatte dal de or unhe achi tarh pakne de medium flame pe.

    10 min gatte ko pakane ke baad toothpik se check kar le ki vo paka hai ya nahi.or use nikal ke thanda kar le

    Ab pan rakhe gas pr or oil dale usme jeera,bayleaf dal kr thoda bhun le uske bad ginger garlic paste add kre unhe bhi 2min bhin le ab oion ko add kre or golden brown hone tak bhun le or tomatoes add kre or soft hone tak pakaye ab dhanita powder,garam masala pawder,salt,sugar red chili n green chili add kr ke 2min pka le uske bad jb masala achi tarah se pak jaye to dahi ko fet ke add kr de pp 4 mix kre. ab 1cup pani dale or thodi der pakne k bad gatte bhi dal ke 2min pka le.lijiye ready ho gya
