Ingredients

  1. 2eggs
  2. 1/2 cup spinach
  3. 1/2 cup broccoli
  4. 4portabello mushrooms Chopped
  5. 1 handfulShredded cheddar cheese
  6. 4 tablespoonmilk
  7. 1 handfulchopped tomatoes
  8. 1 handfulchopped onions
  9. Butter to fry
  10. Italian seasoning to garnish
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. to tastePepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Crack open 2 eggs in a mixing bowl

  2. 2

    Add the vegetables, onions and tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Season the mixture with salt and pepper

  4. 4

    Add the milk

  5. 5

    Whisk it really well

  6. 6

    Heat some butter in a pan

  7. 7

    Spread the egg mixture evenly

  8. 8

    Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top

  9. 9

    Cover and cook for a minute in medium flame

  10. 10

    Put a plate on top of the pan and flip the omlette over the plate

  11. 11

    Slide the omlette once again into the pan with the uncooked side at the bottom

  12. 12

    Cook for a minute

  13. 13

    Sprinkle some Italian seasoning on top

  14. 14

    Serve hot with avocado toast
