Steps

Chop the onions (desired amount), then use it to cover the meat so it will tenderize. Let it sit for 30 minutes.

Remove the onions from the meat, then season both sides with salt and pepper.

Melt the butter in a hot pan. Cook the onions used in tenderizing the meat. Cook till the color changes (be careful not the burn it.) Set the onions aside for the dish.

Hot pan. Butter. Cook meat evenly both sides while using the butter to base it.

Make the sauce. (I have the recipe at my account check it up please it's a great sauce for steaks.)

Plate. Steak. Cooked onions on top. Sauce. Garnish with spring onions if desired. Enjoy.
