Steps

Heat the pan take ghee.

When ghee is melted add milk.

When milk & ghee is boiled add besan.

Mix well above all ingredients in low flame & cook.

When besan turns golden brown add sugar & Water.

Cook till all water get absorbs.

Halwa is ready again mix properly.
- 8
Garnish with chopped dryfruits & serve hot.
