500 gmbhindi/ladies finger
100 gmyogurt
1 tbspchopped garlic
2 tbspgarlic paste
1/2 cupCumin seeds and red chilli whole paste
2 tbspOil
to tasteSalt
1 tspcumin seeds
1-2 pieceRed chilli whole

15-20 min

Cut the small pieces of bhindi or ladies finger.

Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds,red chilli whole and satue. Then add chopped garlic and satue till fragrent.

Add bhindi and fry. Cover and cook 5-6 min.
4

Add garlic paste and then add cumin and red chilli whole paste and mix it.
