Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsOld Fashion Oats
  2. 3/4 cupSkim Milk
  3. 1 CupPlain Greek Yogurt
  4. 1Ripe Banana
  5. 1Green Apple
  6. 4 TablespoonsDried Cramberries
  7. 1 TeaspoonVanilla Extract
  8. 1/8 TeaspoonCinnamon
  9. 2 TablespoonsSliced Almonds

Cooking Instructions

    Cut banana and apple into small pieces.

    In a medium bowl, add the oats, milk, yogurt, banana, apple, cranberries, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Stir gently to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    In the morning, remove from the refrigerator and gently stir. Portion out the servings, if desired. Stir in a tablespoon or two of milk, depending on your desired consistency.

    Add almonds and sweetened to taste!
