First take suji and curd mix it and add water make thick batter and keep in rest for 3-4hours.Add salt,bakingsoda and eno.

Take idli stand grease and fill the batter and add in steamer the stand for 15minutes cover with lid.Check it with knife if the knife comes clear idli is cooked.

Take out stand of idli and take out all idli with knife.Take a pan add oil and mustard seeds add greenchilly,curry leaves when splutter add garglic paste and saute add garam masala and idli in it and mix properly.
