Mix poha, potatoes, carrot, paneer, ginger, chillies

Then add all spices. And mix it well... and make tikis.

Take a bowl, put maida and water into it

Take a pan, add oil into it

Take a tikki, put maida batter over it and then roll bread crumbs over it

Take a pan put oil and shallow fry the tikki till golden brown colour from both sides.

Poha tikki is ready to serve
