Steps

Clean and soak chickpeas for ten hrs then pressure cook for 15 min

Heat oil and add onions fry til golden add garlic/ginger paste let this. cook for few seconds

Next add tomatoes plus the tomato paste till mashed add salt and garam masala

Add chickpeas stir an simmer for few minutes lastly add Dhania and remove from heat

Bhatura: mix flour, bp, salt and oil and knead. cover the dough and set aside for 1hr.

Make small balls roll and deep fry. ready to serve.
