Perfect plain scones

Steps

Add the flour, baking powder and sugar into bowl and mix

Add butter and rub untill it resembles bread crumbs

In a separate bowl mix eggs and milk
- 4
Add egg mixture to the dry mixture, leaving 2 tbsp of the egg mixture for later

Mix untill it forms a soft dough
- 6
Sprinkle some flour onto a surface and turn dough onto it

Roll out to about 3cm thickness

And cut out your desired scones
- 9
Put onto baking tray and brush with remaining egg mixture
- 10
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 200°
