  1. Makes approx 50 biscuit
  2. 300 gmsbutter
  3. 120 gmicing sugar
  4. 150 gmcustard powder
  5. 280 gmplain flour
  6. 1/2 tspvanilla essence

    Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees C. Grease and line two baking sheets with greaseproof paper. Take out once light brown as they burn fast if kept longer.
