Steps

Take chaas and add Besan, wheat flour, suji and mix well.

Now add chopped onion, coriander leaves, tomato and all masala and mix well.

Now add 1 glass of water and mix well.

Make chilla paste and heat oil in frying pan or tawa.

Now spread one big spoonful of paste in round shape and spread oil from above the chilla and fry from both sides.

Besan chilla ready. Serve with sauce and chutney.
