Steps

First take 2 cups flour in a bowl add1tbsp butter and salt to make a soft dough using water. Cover and refrigerate for20 minutes.

Take another bowl. Grate rest of butter,rest of flour add salt,lemon juice. Mix and refrigerate for15 minutes.

After20 minutes roll flour dough put butter dough inside. Wrap four sides. Refrigerate for20 minutes.

Repeat the process 6 times

Add oil into pan. Add cumin seeds. Let it crackle. Add onion. Let it be translucent. Add chopped chilli. Add carrot,peas,.add salt. Cook for10 minutes in medium flame using lid.add potato, red chilli powder,garam masala,turmeric powder.

Add coriander leaves and cook for 5 minutes. Keep aside.

Cut the flour dough into two pieces. Press and Roll one pic in rectangular shape. And cut into equal sized 6 pieces.

Put vegetable into each piece.

Press sides of each piece to avoid vegetable come out.

Brush oil into tray and preheat oven. Put pieces on the tray and brush butter on each piece. Put the tray on high rack and bake in convection mode in 200℃ for25 minutes.cheque in between
