In a mixing bowl take besan and curd.

Now mix it by adding salt, both the paste and sugar.

Mix it well and keep it aside for 10 mins.

After that see the consistency of batter and add the water.

Mix it well.

Batter should neither be thick nor thin.

Now after that take a heavy bottom pan and pour all the batter in it.

Stirr it continously so that it does not get burnt from the bottom.

But remember lumps should also does not get form.

When it gets cook and gets little bit thicker then pour all this batter on the kitchen counter which we have previously brushed with oil.

Now spread it fast into the thin layer and evenly.

Cut into long strips.

Now start folding it slowly slowly.

Keep these khandvi on the platter.

Now lets do tempering.

For it, take a small pan.

Heat it and add oil in it.

Add mustard seeds and curry patta.

When starts spluttering pour this on the khandvi.

Our khandvi is ready to eat.

Serve this khandvi by garnishing with coriander leaves.
