Ingredients

4servings
30minutes
  • 1 cupgrated Lauki/bottle gourd
  • 1 tbspghee
  • 1 literboiled milk
  • 1/2 tbspcardamom powder
  • 4 tbspsugar
  • Pinchsalt
  • Some chopped dry fruits like cashew nuts, pistachios and raisins

    In a thick bottomed pan heat 1tbsp ghee and the Lauki. Saute it in medium flame for about 5minutes.

  2. 2

    Then add the boiled milk and stir it well till it becomes to a thick consistency for about 15-20 minutes in l flame.

  3. 3

    Add sugar, cardamom powder and dry fruits. Cook again for 2-3minutes. Then switch off the flame.

  4. 4

    Serve cold after chilling 1-2hour in refrigerator by garnishing some dry fruits.
