Steps

In a bowl mix besan, termeric powder, salt, few chilli powder,& some ginger garlic paste. Make a thick paste by adding water.

All spices are put in another bowl & make paste of spices by adding water & keep it aside.

Take a Fry pan and put it on the stove & heat oil (1 tsp). Pour some quantity of besan paste & form a thick layer in round shape.

When it became semi dry then roll it.

Now cut in to about 2 inch size.

Heat the oil in a pan on the stove. Put tejpatta & finely chopped onion, (fry till brown). Then add all spices which is previously kept in the bowl. Fry them till golden brown.

After then add water about 500ml & heat for 5-7min.

Now add all pieces of besan slice & garam masala. Again heat about 2-3min.

Now it is ready.
