Making Pakora -- Mix Besan baking soda and onion green chilli ginger and salt in a bowl. 2 add water and make thick batter 3 mean while heat the oil for deep frying on medium heat. 4 once oil is hot drop spoon full of batter in to hot oil you can use your hand or spoon. 5. Making Punjabi kadhi Mix yogurt,besan salt and turmeric powder in a bowl make sure there are no lumps of besan you can use hand blender or wirewhisk 2. Add little water at a time and keep whisking to make lumps free better. 3. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat once hot add cumin seeds and let him sizzle

4. Then add coriander seeds and me this seeds let them fry to few seconds you will get nice aroma of it. 5. Mix in prepared yogurt Besan mixture bring it to a boil and let it simmer on low medium heat it will start to thicken up.

(Making tempting) while it is simmering on another stove heat the ghee in a small pan on medium heat. 2. Once hot turn off the stove add red chilli powder and immediately add tadka to the simmering Kadhi. 4. Stir it well

4. Add fried pakoda and let it simmer for 5-7 minitue so pakoda get soft and soak up flavours 5. If Kadhi gets too thick then add some water to make desire consistency.
