Steps

In a vessel mix besan with water properly.(There should be no lumps)

In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.

When crackles add chopped onion, chopped methi leaves and crushed garlic cloves.

Saute till onion turns translucent.

Add besan and water mixture.
- 6
Add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. stir continuously.

When mixture becomes thick or get desired consistency switch off the flame.

Lehsuni methi pithla is ready to serve. Enjoy with jowar rotla or wheat flour bhakhri.
